Over the past year or so, Khloe Kardashian has gotten in the best shape of her life. Girlfriend looked great before, but now, her body is the definition of goals. I’m actually pretty sure the whole “goals” thing got started with her 2015 Complex cover.
Besides her intense sessions with trainer and founder of the Don-A-Matrix method Don Brooks, the reality star stays in shape by following the same diet every day. She already revealed that she made “major cutbacks” to shed weight, like eliminating soda. But now, we know exactly what she eats in the morning to fuel her workouts.
“I am a creature of habit and stick with the same foods. I like a banana and almond butter for breakfast,” she tells Shape. Wait, that’s… it? Not some fancy oatmeal-omelette hybrid but the snack of choice for people everywhere since always? We see you being all relatable and normal, Khlo$!
In case you were wondering, Khloe says she also drinks a protein shake after hitting the gym. Makes sense because she goes hard.
