Her nutritionist revealed that the reality star focuses on a daily intake of 1,800 calories, having protein in every single meal and staying away from “sugar, sweets, cakes, crackers, white flour, white rice.”
So what’s a typical breakfast like on her diet plan? Funny you should ask because Kardashian actually shared this intimate information with the world, aka PEOPLE magazine (shocking!!!). Her first meal of the day usually looks something like this: scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and smoked Gouda and 4 oz. Greek yogurt with 1/3 cup fresh blueberries. Yep, we’d say she’s nailing the protein part.
