Leaving Sneakers In The Car Might Make You Work Out, But It's Also Ruining Them
September 27, 2013
This time of year is ideal for outdoor exercise. It’s not too hot, not too cold, and all you need is a light jacket. Okay, we just kind of quoted Miss Congeniality there, but it’s so true. Early fall does have unpredictable temps, so it’s important to make sure you’re properly caring for your shoes. The extreme weather does have effects on your shoe soles, especially if you leave them in the car in hopes of going for a spontaneous workout sesh (that usually never happens).
