Levi's Jeans And A New Sample Sale Want To Save The Earth (And Your Wallet)
November 4, 2010
What is this, Earth Day? Two cool eco-friendly announcements today. First, Levi’s jeans will roll out a sustainable line of their classic jeans under the Water>Less label in January. They use 28-90% less water to produce. The kicker? They won’t be more expensive than their regular jeans, from $40 to $148. Now this is real progress. Meantime, get an extra 30% off Levi’s today with code EXTRA30.
Next, Pure Citizen, a new online sample sale for eco-friendly goods, launched, making it the first of its kind to promote green products that are discounted up to 50%. Proceeds go to the featured company’s non-profit of choice, and you can donate the money you save to it, too, if you choose. Now that’s something we can certainly get behind. Get shopping–you’ve gotta save the earth.
