Live Every Day Like It's Saturday With Kate Spade's New, Lower-Priced Brand

Kate Spade’s fresh, bright, and preppy aesthetic is getting a price cut with her new brand, Kate Spade Saturday. It’s billed as a “global lifestyle brand” that, in the words of Craig Levitt, CEO of Kate Spade LLC, is “meant to capture the spirit of Saturday every day of the week.” Saturday’s offerings will include brightly-hued apparel, handbags, jewelry, beauty, and even home decor. The collection will also feature price points that are approximately 50% lower than that of the Kate Spade brand ($90 for apparel, $30 for jewelry, etc.), which makes sense since it is aimed at a younger, 25-35 year-old audience. The collection’s e-commerce home will be saturday.com, and the site will be fully launched this Spring. Of course, we’ll keep you updated as we learn more. In the meantime…
