London’s Heathrow airport has taken two things we dread this time of year: last-minute shopping and traveling, put them together, and found a way to help stressed passengers get some shopping done–for free.
This week, shopping experts will be aboard the Heathrow Express (the 15 minute shuttle between Central London and Heathrow airport) to consult procrastinator passengers on what to buy, between noon and 6pm, and until 7pm on Christmas eve. They’ll give advice, and then direct passengers to the best place to get a gift in their airport terminal.
We suggest you skip the stores and check out our Procrastinator’s Guide: To Really Last Minute Gifts— just click, and send or print online gift certificates to tons of retailers, like Bliss Spa and Bloomingdales. Stay warm out there: get yourself a new pair of UGGs, and the best shapewear to wear under your party dress while you’re at it.
