What do you get when you take a high-end womenswear line and drugstore makeup brand and combine them?  What about when celebrities are major fans of both brands? Will our faces be able to handle this collaboration? We’ll have to wait and find out in October when Revlon launches a collection of beauty products inspired by red carpet gown-favorite Marchesa. To start this campaign off with a bang, Revlon will introduce 3-D nail strips modeled after Marchesa couture dresses. And if you’re thinking what I’m thinking, how do they top that? Well, brace yourselves, because this is only part one in a series of three collaborations already in the works between the two brands. This won’t just be your typical line of lip, eye and face makeup. Revlon plans to include nail art and beauty tools as well. Is it October yet?
