Meet The Memi: A Tech Bracelet That Lets You Ignore Annoying Messages

When you hear the words wearable technology, you probably think it’s something for men, right? Well, while that’s usually the case, it’s also the problem. But not anymore. Thanks to businesswomen Leslie Simmons and Margaux Guerard, us ladies now have a tech bracelet that fits in perfectly with our arm party: the Memi.

After launching a Kickstarter campaign last week, the bracelet has already reached 40% of its fundraising goal. That must mean there is a serious demand for women’s wearable tech. Now you’re probably wondering what this oh so popular bracelet does? It notifies you of important phone calls, texts and calendar alerts by syncing with your iPhone (works with 4S and up). And the best part is that you can customize which people “break through” to your bracelet. So if you’re out to dinner on a Friday night and don’t want to get that phone call from your parents…you need this.

But the girls still need some support! Head on over to their Kickstarter page if you want to make this happen before November 28th!
