Need To Restore Dry, Damaged Skin Back To Health? You Need CeraVe Healing Ointment

Despite the fact that I applied sunscreen multiple times every day, my skin was really badly burned after a recent trip to the Caribbean. Once the pain went away, I was left with dry, peeling skin that felt like sandpaper. As someone who’s been obsessed with moisturizing from a very young age, I was freaking out.

And then a friend recommended CeraVe Healing Ointment. Holy skin-saver! I’ll be honest–I wasn’t prepared for how thick it was. It’s like petroleum jelly. But given the sad state of my dry skin, I applied it liberally for a week and I have no regrets because I’m almost back to normal. When no other lotion or oil helped (with the exception of my other new obsession, Hydrophor), this is what did the trick.

I found CeraVe to be especially effective on my lips, which were burned so badly they started to swell. Within a day or two of applying CeraVe generously, the peeling was gone and my lips were soft and not cracked anymore.

With summer coming up and the inevitable fun in the sun, you absolutely need this stuff on hand. A little goes a long way, so buy a tube and you’ll never have to worry about dry, damaged skin again.
