Dermatologist appointments may have just been outsourced to the cloud. While reading this month’s issue of Vogue, we noticed a mention of SpotCheck, the free smart phone application that lets you scan in photos of your own moles and spots to be checked out by a certified dermatologist within 24 hours. If the results come back as “atypical,” the app will use your phone’s GPS to find nearby doctors’ office to help you make an appointment.

Hey, just saving money on the copays alone could justify an iPhone purchase, right?
