News: '90s Models Resurface at Calvin Klein, Issac Mizrahi Turns Director, More

1. New York Fashion Week is over. At the Calvin Klein Collection, the front row was crowded with celebs like Kate Bosworth, Liv Tyler and more for finale of the week, and everyone was surprised that the ’90s models like Stella Tennant made appearances on the runway to show how the clothes look on women of different ages. 2. Essence will host their own form of America’s Next Top Model. The magazine plans to team up with Elite Models to host their own modeling competition to promote diverse catwalks. The goal is to find the next Iman or Naomi Campbell, and the show will be available online. Photos will be accepted through Get the leggy model look with a leather jacket and over-the-knee boots. 3. Yesterday we caught the livestream of Issac Mizrahi’s dreamy fashion show–filled with sequins, a cool Central Park backdrop and fake snow. If you’re in St. Louis, MO come June 6-19, Mizrahi created the set, costumes, and will direct A Little Night’s Music at the opera there. Pack a big punch at your next shindig with a really pretty party dress. [WWD]
