News: Saks Employee/Thief Gets Off Easy, Looks Good Doing It, And More

1.A former Saks employee has been sentenced to 90 days in jail for third-degree larceny and for giving kickbacks to her favorite Saks customers.  Allegedly she wore bright lipstick and nail polish to her sentencing. [Racked via NYT]

2.The littlest Obamas might have set off a J. Crew frenzy by wearing the brand’s trench coats when they disembarked in Moscow.  They’re adorable, but our favorite sartorial Obama will always be Michelle.  [Fashionista via Politico 44]
