1. The lookbook for Anna Sui’s upcoming Target collection has finally been revealed. I’m going to buy everything, and live with an equivalent sophisticated frilly look until September 13th, when the clothing hits stores.  [Racked]

2. Oscar de la Renta now offers toddler-sized dresses.  If you think that’s ridiculous, do note that $100 per dress will be donated to the Children’s Defense Fund.  If you still think that’s ridiculous and/or would never spend over $100 on a child’s garment, check out MomFinds for some deals.  [W]

3. Juicy Couture is launching a higher-end label, Bird, which is set to debut in July. Shop for some Juicy on sale now at Shopbop.  [Elle]

4. The Uniqlo owner has publicly stated he’s considering the possibility of buying the Gap.  Please let this happen – the Gap’s CFDA collaboration success has not been oft-repeated recently. [NYmag]
