Nice Shoes... But Are You Fashiorexic?

Let's take a vote…
You're down to the bottom of your bank account, the fridge is empty, and your closets are overflowing with the best of this season's fashions. Do you:
A) Go buy groceries so you can eat dinner? Or…
B) Go to your favorite store and shop until your credit card smokes?
If you would rather buy the Manolo pumps than eat, you might have 'fashiorexia', a new diet affliction that causes one to prefer to go without food than without fashion. Supposedly, fashiorexia affects one third of British women, who not only spend more than half of their monthly salaries on fashion rather than food, but who also consider this practice a useful way to control their weight.
As if. I want my cake and my Calvins! You can eat and shop without sacrificing health or your stylish ways. Sales are the obvious way to find pretty things for the budget conscious–SheFinds keeps you abreast of all the best, naturally. Nonetheless, for those who are allergic to sales racks, consider shopping for accessories rather than big ticket items. It still gives you the thrill of the hunt, but with less damage to your wallet.
Belts: Narrow belts are great for wrapping around a skinny cardigan or dress and are a big trend for fall. Nordstrom has a leather, snake embossed belt on sale for just $45 that would bring an old dress to life again.
Now you have no excuse to be a fashiorexic. You can satiate your taste for fashion and food without breaking the bank.
