Thrifting can be such a chore — all those piles of used clothes, hundreds of items among which one or two might be gems. Consignment shopping is better, the goods are more edited, but you’re still pawing through other people’s dirty laundry. This is why online consignment shopping is the best, period. When browsing some of our favorite consignment sites we’ve found Lanvin pumps for $50, a Chanel bouclé skirt for $180, and a lot of other high-end goodies that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford (and, if it weren’t for online consignment, probably never could have found).

We’ve rounded up some of our favorite online consignment stores in the slideshow above. At the risk of you nabbing all the good stuff before us, take a look!

Don’t forget to shop our guides to the best shoes, handbags, and dresses.
