I don’t know anybody that doesn’t love a good all-you-can-eat buffet. I mean, you get to eat pretty much whatever you want, whenever you want and the limit does not exist on how much food you can put on your plate. Plus, you can pay as low as, like $10, for all this food. So you tell me, what’s not to love??
Now here’s just one more reason why there’s nothing better than an all-you-can-eat buffet. According to The Atlantic, “the variables at an all-you-can-eat buffet are different from those at a traditional restaurant. The demand for waitstaff is usually greatly reduced: Customers line up to serve themselves and the kitchen staff cooks from a prescribed menu daily.” So, the kitchen staff has more time to make sure your food is fresh and delicious.
Ultimately, it is a win-win situation because you are paying less money than you would for a meal and getting food that is made with way more care than it would be in a restaurant. Sounds like an ideal situation. Only thing is, try to avoid overeating bet setting a limit on how much food to put on your plate. Also go for fruits and veggies.
