Party Like It's 1929 In These Art Deco Party Shoes (Before The Great Crash, Of Course)

Since my job is all about online shopping, all the time, and I don’t have a money tree in my backyard (or a backyard for that matter) I only buy new shoes if they make me want to do a little dance. Which means they have to be really special, and not look ridiculous with my regular clothes.

Voila: enter Badgley Mischka’s peep toe party shoes ($115, from $200). The black satin shoes have Art Deco details (my favorite era), gold piping and a bejeweled center. Considering everything in my closet is black, these will fit in perfectly. I’m going to have to find more excuses to go dancing. Send me more holiday invites, people!

Check out more of our favorite party dresses, pumps and faux fur vests for all of those cocktail parties.
