When DANNIJO wanted to try their hand at something other than jewelry, they chose a footwear collaboration with Matt Bernson to do so. The result was like statement necklaces for your feet, and now the Tribeca-based shoe designer is expanding his offering by teaming up with Edun, the ethically-sourced line founded by U2’s Bono and his wife Ali Hewson. According to WWD, Matt Bernson x Edun’s 6-piece footwear collection is priced $165-$235 and hits in March. The spring line will feature Edun’s Kenyan-sourced fabrics and Bernson’s signature design on ballet flats, smoking slippers, platform sandals and booties.

The paper also revealed that Bernson is also collaborating with a yet-to-be-named apparel label on his first-ever clothing collection. Stay tuned for more info soon!
