When we heard that Altuzarra was teaming up with Target for the store’s next fashion collab, we were pretty excited, but kind of nervous considering some Target collabs have flopped in the past. But, now we have double reassurance that this one will be good.
On Monday night at the CFDA Awards, Target’s director of design partnerships, Noria Morales, wore a full-lenth, wrap-waist dress.”And… It’s #altuzarrafortarget maxi dress with orchid print and requisite slit,” read the caption on Morales’ Instagram picture. “Man I love this dress,” she wrote.
And even though this dress speaks for itself, all of our doubts about Target’s new collab went out the window when Joseph Altuzarra won the Womenswear Designer of the Year award. So now its safe to say we’re pretty excited for the collab’s launch in September, especially since we know we can be the proud owners of an Altuzarra piece, like this dress, for only $89.99 (or less). Thanks, Target! We can’t wait.
