Priscilla Of Boston Is Throwing Away $4,000 Wedding Dresses -- Including Vera Wang #WTF

Someone just forwarded us this outrageous video from a local news station in Minnesota, where defunct bridal company Priscilla of Boston was caught trashing (with red spray paint!) dresses from their now out-of-business stores. As locals pointed out, this is a major waste: with so many dress charities (both prom and wedding) out there, why send perfectly good Vera Wang gowns with $4,000 price tags to the dump?

At the end of the video, one caller says that a David’s Bridal rep (they own PB) claimed it was a licensing conflict with the designers. Yea, right! I highly doubt Vera Wang’s rep would approve of this.
