build-a-bear-recall

Build-A-Bear is voluntarily recalling 300,000 teddy bears over concerns the bears’ eyes could pop out and cause a choking hazard.  The 16-inch tall ‘Colorful Hearts Teddy Bear’ pictured above was sold from April 2011 through December 2011. Consumers who have purchased the bear can bring it to any Build-A-Bear store and return it for another stuffed animal.  Hopefully this will be the last recall of 2011!
