After 4 infant deaths from strangulation were reported, Graco and the CPSC are recalling Graco Quattro and Metrolite strollers.

Approximately 2 million Graco Quattro and Graco Metrolite strollers are being recalled due to risk of entrapment and strangulation. If a child is not properly strapped into the seat, he/she can pass through the gap between the tray and the seat bottom and become entrapped at the neck.

The Graco stoller recall affects all Quattro Tour stroller manufactured before 2006 and all Metrolite strollers manufactured before 2007. For a complete list of model numbers included in this recall, visit cpsc.gov.

If you own one of these strollers, stop using it immediately. Contact Graco at (877) 828-4046 or online at gracobaby.com to receive a free repoair kit.

For more info, visit cpsc.gov.
