The CPSC has issued a recall of all Karino Baby Pacifiers, distributed by Antonio Flores in San Ysidro, CA, because the pacifiers fail to meet safety requirements. The pacifiers were sold at grocery stores in California and Texas.
Among the list of hazards, the nipple of the pacifiers can detach from the base easily, the pacifier handle is too long and there are no ventilation holes in the mouth guard.
If you own a Karino Baby Pacifier, stop using and discard it immediately. You can contact the company for a replacement or a refund.
