According to the news, only 8% of people achieve their new year’s resolutions, and 1 in 6 dieters will actually gain weight this month. And by the time February rolls around, most people have abandoned their goals for good as well. And frankly put, insane weight loss resolutions are not the way to make yourself happy in the new year. It’s time to think about the things that will, such as making time for your bff’s, getting ahead at work and learning new things.
