For her Revival World Tour earlier this year, Selena Gomez trained with Amy Rosoff Davis to get into the best shape of her life. Not that she needed to change anything. It actually just sounds like the two focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle rather than losing weight. As long as she feels happy and healthy, that’s all that matters!
Anyways, Amy revealed to Cosmopolitan the first thing Selena ate every day as she was prepping for her biggest concert tour ever. At the time, she was doing 2-hour workouts seven days a week and back-to-back rehearsals of her 90-minute show, so her breakfast must have been extremely energizing and filling! Here it is: Half of a healthy breakfast burrito of scrambled eggs, chorizo, avocado, rice, and beans; or, full-fat Greek yogurt and granola. Both options sound like the perfect fuel for the day!
