Just In: Marc Jacobs latest fragrances ‘Splash’icon

What: Moving away from sweeter, floral scents, Marc Jacobs introduces a fresh trio of fragrances this month. Aptly named Splash, the three scents conjure images of summer as Grass, Cotton and Rain. Grass comes off with top notes of wet, cut grass and clementine zest as a vernal eclat of green. Cotton is all blond woods (?!) and white suede, wrapping around you like your favorite t-shirt. And Rain, with its top note of snapped snow peas and drydown of dewy musks, smells like an afternoon spent experiencing nature do its duty. Despite the lighter intensity, the triplet Splash scents do not wear off easily with time, making them a strong– yet duly fresh– choice to carry you through spring and summer as a signature scent.

Price: $65
