SheFinds Solution: Salvation for Oily Skin

I refuse to succumb. I will not be greasy and I will not give in to my zits. I’m an oily girl and I’ve tried everything to varying degrees of success. My current favorite defense against my overactive glands is C.O. Bigelow’s Oily Skin Foaming Facial Wash. Most importantly, it removes make-up and pore clogging dirt. I love the slight tingle, not stinging like alcohol, but a little tingle that makes me feel like it’s doing the job. It’s ‘fragrance free’ but all that means is that there are no harsh additives. This facial cleanser smells like a delicious citrus fruit salad. The neutralizing extracts of grapefruit, ginger root, mandarin and lemon act as an astringent on excess oil- the scent acts like a wake-up call. I love using it in the morning. Unlike other products focused on oily skin, this foaming wash doesn’t over-dry, it preps your skin for moisturizer. (Because even the oiliest girls should still use a light, preferably SPF infused moisturizer.) C.O. Bigelow has a light hydrating gel. Normal to mildly oily skin needs something more, but if you’re a grease machine like me, it’s perfect. Find C.O. Bigelow at bathandbodyworks.com
