The decision is final: this is the year we do Father’s Day right. That means no more mugs and forget the gift cards. Together with Coach, we’re bringing you real dad-approved gift ideas, no matter what your dad’s style. Whether he’s totally traditional or fashion-savvy, we went straight to the source on what fathers really want.
Today, we caught up with CJ MacDonald, the co-founder of Gyft. Learn more about CJ–and what’s on his Father’s Day wish list–below.
SF: How would you describe your style?
CM: Passionate and dedicated. I give 100%+ in everything that I do
SF: What are your Father’s Day plans this year? What are you most looking forward to?
CM: My wife told me to block my calendar that weekend so right now it is a surprise and I am not sure about the details. As long as I get to spend quality time with my family that is what matters and what I am looking forward to most.
SF: What’s on your Father’s Day wish list?
CM: I’d really love the Coach Bleecker leather commuter.
SF: What’s your best Father’s Day memory?
CM: Last year when I found out my wife and I were expecting our first child. I am looking forward to celebrating my first Father’s Day now that my daughter is born.
SF: What do you love most about being a dad?
CM: Everyday is different and I look forward to seeing my daughter grow up to make a difference in this crazy world.
