Stay In Shape In the Comfort of Your Own Home With These Prenatal Yoga Musts

Looking for a way to stay active during your pregnancy? Try prenatal yoga. There are tons great DVDs so no gym membership required and it’s an excuse to treat yourself to some new maternity clothes. When doing prenatal yoga, you want to look for maternity clothes that are comfortable and have some stretch. Here’s one no-fail prenatal yoga ensemble for under $40.

Start with this super comfortable fleece tunic ($25) that’s cute enough to wear outside with leggings or skinny maternity jeans (or even maternity jeggings!).

Make sure you can move your legs freely by wearing these stretchy, comfy active pants ($16). We have a feeling you won’t just be wearing them for yoga

And of course, at-home yoga isn’t complete without a prenatal yoga DVD ($26). I loved this routine by Gaiam–I actually still use it 2 years later and no baby on the way!
