FYI: Bar Crawls Are Out, Sweat Crawls Are In

There’s nothing like spending a day hopping from place to place with your girls. Getting out, having fun and meeting new people are all things we’re down for. But if you’re not a big drinker–or trying to live a healthy lifestyle–hitting up one bar after the next probably isn’t the healthiest option. Not only are you setting yourself up to rack up calories, but all those drinks will take a toll on your budget, too.

Here’s the good news: what if I told you that you could still have fun with your friends bouncing from place to place doing something productive and more balanced instead? *Drum roll please* SweatCon Rally NYC 2018 is a fitness festival that will do just that! Yes, you read that right. Instead of going from bar to bar, you’ll go from workout class to workout class featuring NYC’s trendiest workouts in each neighborhood.

The day-long event starts with a kick-off party at NEO U fitness with installations like a braid bar, juices and a photo booth. Once you’re hyped up and ready to sweat, you’ll then head to three different workouts at the hottest fitness studios in town.

And it gets even better. For each ticket sold, Reebok will match the ticket price and donate the proceeds to Jenny Gaither’s Movemeant Foundation that helps young women feel more confident about their bodies #FemaleEmpowermentFTW.
