T-Shirts That Unlock Online Music Archives From Bob Dylan, David Bowie, And More

Slapping a famous musician on a t-shirt isn’t revolutionary, but Archive 1887, Sony Music’s new line of t-shirts ($49-$58), is entering new territory. Their new line of vintage-looking rock band shirts, available at Barneys next Monday, will feature rare and never-before-seen images of artists like David Bowie and Bob Dylan.

Inside, though, it gets better: each t-shirt’s tag has a code to enter at www.archive1887.com to hear a streaming playlist from the artist, and comes with a key attached that you can wear as a necklace or charm.

Check out our guides to the best skinny jeans, the best tees for your shape, and the best cage booties, oxfords and cool sneakers.
