Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake: These two win the award for the most secretive, yet over-the-top wedding of the year. The couple dodged the paparazzi by sending guests to Germany and then shuttling them to Italy for a weekend full of activities. Jimmy Fallon, Andy Samberg and Timbalan were just a few of the 100 close friends and family invited to celebration. Biel wore a pink dress possibly setting a trend for 2013 of blush-colored wedding gowns. At the ceremony, Timberlake performed a song he wrote for Biel as she walked down the aisle. Awww.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds: When you're the star of one of the hottest shows on television, and you're marrying Aquaman, you can't exactly book the local wedding hall when you want to tie the knot. Lively enlisted the help of Martha Stewart when planning her ultra-secret wedding at the same southern plantation where parts of The Notebook were filmed. Blake wore a custom Marchesa dress, Christian Louboutin heels and the bouquet was personally designed by Stewart's style director, Kate Berry. XOXO, indeed.

Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman: Anne Hathaway is having quite a year. In addition to starring in the Oscar-worthy Les Miserables as well as The Dark Knight, she also managed to plan a super secret, rustic-themed Big Sur wedding in September to actor and jewelry designer Adam Shulman. Anne wore a custom Valentino gown with a Cathedral length veil.

Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman The couple married in June in Drew's backyard, but don't think this was a simple affair: The wedding was full of A-listers such as Cameron Diaz, Busy Phillips, Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth, Scarlett Johansson, Steven Spielberg, and Jimmy Fallon and his wife Nancy Juvonen, who was Drew’s matron of honor. Drew wore a custom made Chanel dress and the reception was a foodie extravaganza, catered by the couple's favorite chefs in Los Angeles.

Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied: The Big Sur was the destination of choice for celebrity weddings this year. Portman made it official with baby daddy Millepied in August. Portman wore a white A-line, tea-length dress with a sheer overlay that covered her chest and arms for the traditional Jewish ceremony. She also wore nude ballet flats, a fingertip-length veil and a floral head wreath. The menu was strictly vegan and in lieu of a wedding cake, they served French macarons — a nod to the groom’s French nationality. Guests included Ivanka Trump and Macaulay Culkin.

Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg: Talk about the ultimate status update: Chan married long-time boyfriend Zuckerberg in a backyard wedding in Palo Alto, California in May, shortly after Facebook went public. Chan wore an off-the-rack Claire Pettibone dress with an illusion neckline that retailed for under $5,000. Guests, who thought the event was a surprise birthday party for Chan, included Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong and Sheryl Sandberg.

David Cross and Amber Tamblyn: Why send out wedding announcements when you have Instagram? The masses learned of the couple's campground nuptuals after checking The Root’s QuestLove's Instagram feed. The two tied the know in early October surrounded by fall foliage. Amber arrived via canoe and wore a yellow dress. Guests included Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Amy Poehler, America Ferrera and Alexis Bleidel.

Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas: Everyone loves, or is at least intrigued by, a May-December romance, and Baldwin and Thomas certainly gave us that this year. The 54-year-old '30 Rock' star married his 28-year-old, yoga instructor girlfriend in August . The couple said 'I do' at the Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in New York City, before heading over to New York University's Kimmel Center for the reception.

Camila Alves and Matthew McConaughey: McConaughey may be a laid-back guy, but his wedding was a three-day affair. During the ceremony, the couple whispered their vows into each others ears and John Cougar Mellencamp sang a song for the couple. At the reception guests enjoyed rotisserie-style Brazilian meats and danced to a live band playing American pop and Brazilian music. McConaughey and Alves skipped the wedding cake and served instead a variety of desserts. Guests included Woody Harrelson, Reese Witherspoon, Jim Toth and Meg Ryan.

Hillary Scott & Chris Tyrell: Lady Antebellum singer Hillary Scott wed Love and Theft drummer Chris Tyrell last January in an intimate upstate NY wedding celebration. The bride wore a custom strapless Vera Wang embellished with crystal and pearl beading. She paired her mermaid style gown with a chantilly lace mantilla veil.

Cynthia Nixon and Christine Marinoni: The Sex and the City star wed education activist Marinoni in September wearing a Carolina Herrara gown. Gay marriage has only been legal in New York since June of 2011, and the couple only wanted to get married in Manhattan. The two had been together for eight years and have two children.

Ricki Lake and Christian Evans: The talk show host 43, Evans, 40, eloped on Southern California beach back in April. The only guests were the couple's two dogs. Lake's two sons, from her previous marriage did not attend. She announced the big news by posting a photo of herself a few days after wearing a wedding dress.
