When Marc Jacobs first introduced his Dot Marc Jacobs perfume ($69), we were intrigued. It’s no secret the guy is into polka dots (especially considering theYayoi Kusama collaboration happening now at Louis Vuitton) but with a ladybug motif, known in several cultures as good luck, plus super-punchy packaging that’ll be a conversation piece on your bedside table, we’re practically sold on it just by looking at it. In reality, though, it’s beautiful on the inside, too: Dot Marc Jacobs consists of “juicy” and “lush” notes of red berries, dragon fruit, honeysuckle, coconut water, vanilla, and musk. Get on board: Marc Jacobs perfumes are instant cult classics–this one is a total keeper.
