The Heating Bill Or Super Soft Cashmere? Have Both With These Under-$50 Finds
October 28, 2010
Cashmere is one of those warm fabrics that no woman can resist bundling up with and many of our favorite celebs agree. It’s super soft feel and overall luxurious appeal make it the perfect medium for gloves, scarves, and hats during the colder weather. The problem? Cashmere has a nasty tendency to be well over $100 (and sometimes its not even 100% cashmere). We’ve done some hard looking for you ladies and found some under-$50 cashmere gloves, scarves, and hats that are as affordable as they are fabulous. Happy shopping:
For a longer glove that will look luxe, especially under 3/4 sleeve jackets, these J. Crew Cashmere Gloves ($48) are a sophisticated option that have a little stretch so they won’t strangle your wrist and arm. For a shorter choice that comes in a ton of colors, these Preston & York Gloves ($32) are perfect with whatever coat you choose to wear.
Keep up with the camel trend with this J. Crew Cashmere Rib-Trim Hat ($48). It’s cute ribbed cuff adds an extra layer of interest to an otherwise plain hat. For another way to cover a bad day for that effortlessly chic vibe, try this Cashmere Hat ($39.90) from The Limited. It comes in plenty of colors for whatever your mood or ensemble choice.
This super feminine Ruffle Scarf ($48) is another one that comes in a wide variety of colors and the flirty ruffle means its a great addition to a basic t-shirt and jeans. The ‘greenhouse’-colored Tissue Weight Cashmere Wrap ($48) is THE color (gotta love fashion week!) for 2011 so grab it while you can to be ahead of the trend.
