The Kardashian And Jenner Sisters Just Launched Their Own iPhone Apps
September 15, 2015
Yesterday the Kardashians and Jenners (Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie) launched their brand new iOS dedicated apps at the Soho Apple store. The idea is to give fans a more personal look at their lives, along with beauty, shopping and workout tips. Each of their apps will provide a mix of free and exclusive subscriber content, which costs $2.99 per month. In addition to the iPhone apps, brand-new websites for each sister were also unveiled.
The only app and website that has yet to be released is Kourtney’s, but it’s supposedly launching sometime in the future. Kim said, “We wanted to change our digital platform and make it more than just a blog that we had before. I just felt like there was no other platform that could do it all unless we do it ourselves.” The apps were developed through Whalerock Industries and each of the sisters had a huge part in designing the aesthetic of their app.
The girls are using this as a platform to connect with their fans in a positive way and not have to deal with all the trolls on the Internet. “Hopefully we can try to come up with comment control or something that would make it a happy, uplifting place and not a negative place, because I don’t think that’s good for anybody’s soul,” Kim said. “We want to hear from fans, but we want to start changing the way of social media and have it be from all positives,” Khloé added.
The world has already been seeing a fun peak into the girls’ lives. For instance, Kylie revealed her boobs are, in fact, real and her secret is the Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Bra. “I don’t share this with a lot of people, but everyone thinks I’ve gotten breast augmentation recently, but I haven’t,” Kylie shares in a video only for subscribers. “I just use the Bombshell by Victoria’s Secret. It’s life-changing. I’ve gotten all my sisters on it and all my friends.”
And just in case you’ve admired Khloé’s drool-worthy cookie jars, she shares how to create her kitchen staple. I’m not going to lie, I’m totally doing this whenever I finally move into my own place.
