I’ll be the first to own up to just how amazing it feels to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. For the uninitiated, dry brushing is a step to add to your morning skincare routine that involves brushing your skin with a rough body brush before hopping in the shower each morning. The technique is simple: starting with your ankles and shins, brush your skin using long but light strokes, moving upward until you reach your neck and shoulders.
