The One Food Victoria Beckham Says She Eats Everyday For Better Skin

Victoria Beckham is full of surprises these days. First, she gave up her decades-long obsession with heels for a pair of Adidas, and now she’s revealing the one food she always eats. Did we win the lottery or something? Because it feels like our lucky day, just sayin’.
The fashion designer tells The EDIT when asked about her flawless skin, “I see a dermatologist in LA, called Dr. Harold Lancer, who is incredible. I’ve known him for years – he sorted my skin out. I used to have really problematic skin and he said to me, ‘You have to eat salmon every single day.’ I said, ‘Really, every day?’ And he said, ‘Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.'”
OK, that’s actually pretty doable! Will definitely add salmon to my daily diet for some Omega-3 goodness. But why is she revealing what seems like a Hollywood skincare secret??
“There are two types of women out there: there’s the kind of woman who finds something nice and likes to keep it to herself, and then there’s the other type, which is me, who wants to share. I have worked with the best makeup artists, hairdressers and stylists, and I’ve learned so much,” Beckham says. “I haven’t always got it right, but when I’ve got it wrong, I’ve actually learned an enormous amount from that, too. And I want to share everything I know.”
