I’ve always been jealous of girls who can change the color of their hair like it’s no big thang. As someone with dark brown hair and skin so fair it’s basically translucent, I don’t think I could ever do more than a couple subtle highlights. Much to my disappointment, I’m no Kylie Jenner.

Experts recommend that you wash your color-treated hair no more than every two to three days. An excuse to skip a wash or two? Count me in! Over-washing causes your color to fade faster (booo!) and dries it out. If your strands are feeling particularly greasy, opt for dry shampoo instead.
