What if I told you there is no need to be jealous of those skinny minis as they strut down that catwalk because you, too, can achieve a flat stomach overnight? Yes, it’s very much possible.
Believe it or not, your body actually uses what you eat and your natural sleep patterns to help burn fat. Make sure to eat any type of lean proteins at night. This can be salmon or fish rich in omega 3’s and even turkey. Turkey contains tryptophan, an amino acid that has extremely powerful sleep-inducing effects. The deeper sleep allows your body to cut down on fats, so you’re basically losing weight in your sleep!
Go ahead and cut yourself an extra sliver of lean protein at dinner tonight in order to get on the path to a slimmer figure.
