The One Thing You Should Eat First Thing In The Morning If You Feel Nauseous
November 21, 2016
So you wake up feeling terribly queasy and just not your best. We’ve all been there. When times are tough because of a little too much fun the night before, morning sickness or a bout with the flu, there is only one food that can come to our rescue.
According to Everyday Health, crackers are the ultimate stomach saver if you’re feeling like you’re going to hurl. Dry crackers or saltines have the right amount of starch to absorb stomach acids that make you feel nauseated. If you don’t have access to crackers, try dry toast or pretzels. Make sure you avoid drinking liquid while eating as that can cause you to throw up (ugh).
Keep these essentials in your home (or even better, buy your bedside) to help ease nausea as soon as you wake up.
