If you are a shoe lover like me, you know when the latest name brand pair is out and wouldn’t skip at the chance to buy and wear them. Wearing high heels, though, can actually cause knee and leg damage when worn too often. Honestly, that doesn’t stop me (YOLO, right?).
If you are going to put on your heels constantly and go out on the town, limit your heels to 3 inches or shorter. This will allow for better weight distribution and prevent blisters. If you wear high heels the entire night, your risking damage to your knees too.
So, maybe we don’t have to give up designer heels for good or give ourselves arthritis in the process if we just aim for a little bit lower than sky-high with our heels!
