Have you ever had insomnia? I know it’s happened to me. Sometimes it can be tough falling asleep when you want to, whether it’s because you’re dealing with anxiety, a bad case of jetlag or just not tired enough. Not getting enough (or any) sleep is the worst!

The light tricks your body into thinking it should be awake when, in fact, you are trying to get some shut-eye.
Instead of torturing yourself with late night Instagram scrolling, pick up a book! Hopefully you will be on your way to a much more rested night.
