The One Thing You Shouldn't Order At Subway According To Someone Who Works There...

If you’re like most people, you friggin’ love Subway. I know I do! If I know I’ll be getting home after 8pm, you can pretty much bet a sandwich from Subway is on the menu for din din.

That being said, there is one thing I will never, ever spend my money on at Subway. Thanks to my friends over at Delish, I now know the tuna at Subway is nearly 80% mayo. Eighty percent people! In my book, that pretty much counts as a mayonnaise sandwich sprinkled with a bit of tuna. And no, I’m not so keen on paying for bread slathered in mayo when what I’m really paying for is tuna.

Word to the wise: think twice before ordering another tuna melt at Subway!

Be sure to check out the most unhealthy item at Chipotle and the worst thing to order at Starbucks.
