The Post Turkey Day 20-Minute Workout

If you ate (and drank) way more than you should have over Thanksgiving, we’ve got just the workout for you. And don’t worry, it doesn’t involve the gym, a crazy workout video running outside in the cold, or anything intense like that. All you need to do is roll out of bed and do a few simple exercises to beat the bulge. As much as we despise pushups, we’re okay with doing a few in the comfort of our own room (and in sweatpants!). So in order to stay trim throughout the holidays, do the circuit below each morning before you get in the shower:

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 5 pushups
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 30 second planks

We told you it was that easy. And if you start building up tolerance to the reps listed above, add in increments of five to challenge yourself. Happy holidays!
