According to dietician Elaine Magee, the Peppermint Mocha Frappucino is the worst holiday drink to have from Starbucks. The popular holiday drink has 410 calories, 14 grams of fat and 64 grams of sugar, enough to make you jump off the walls. That many grams of sugar surpasses the amount recommended by the American Heart Association for women to ingest daily by more than 30 grams. Wow!
If you must enjoy the festive Starbucks drink, try the Skinny Peppermint Mocha. It comes with skim milk, no whipped cream, and only 13 grams of sugar.
