We all know that fast fashion is pretty speedy with getting “inspired” clothing and accessories on the sales floor. But we didn’t know they could churn out a slew of suspect items on the same day of a highly anticipated designer collaboration release. We’re talking about Forever21‘s Bohemian Collection, which was available the same day as Isabal Marant‘s collection for H&M. Sure, you can say that it’s merely a coincidence but F21’s “textured knits, geometric prints, and bohemian embellishments” are fairly similar to the French designer’s aesthetic (her boho-look has garnered fashion fans from all over the world) and signature loose-flowing dresses, tribal printed knits and bottoms, and marled sweaters. We can’t help but notice and wonder when inspiration turns into a questionable knockoff.
