Thursday Friday, the brand famous for its ‘Together‘ Bag, a tote that features screen-printed images of iconic designer bags – Miu Miu, Hermes – on its canvas sides, showed at NYFW last night as a part of the “Le Look Smurfette” event.
The event, presented in collaboration with Junk Food Art House, Sony Pictures, Glamhouse, and Highsnobette.com, featured a fashion show inspired by Smurfette herself and Paris – the setting for the forthcoming Smurfs 2 movie.
For the show, Thursday Friday created two new designs: “Alakazam” and “La La La” – both pictured above – which draw from the Smurfs and the 1950s Pop Art movement. These designs are featured on the Together Bag, a wristlet version of the Here Pochette and a scarf.
