Found: Easter Shoes Your Son Won't Bug You to Take Off
April 5, 2011
I don’t have a son, but I do have a younger brother and I can vividly remember him being so antsy whenever he had on dress shoes. He would always complain about how uncomfortable they were and how they were hurting his feet. And even now, my friends who have boys always talk about they can’t get their little guys to sit still in dress shoes.
So I thought I’d do all you moms with sons a favor and share 2 of the most comfortable pairs toddler and infant boys’ dress shoes we’ve come across. First, the Ralph Lauren oxfords (above) have a cushy padded footbed and a flexible sole making them the perfect Easter pick for new walkers.
For toddlers and older kids, I recommend these Primigi loafers. Unlike hard sole loafers, these have a flexible rubber sole that’s easier on the foot. Plus, the leather upper is also more flexible than traditional loafers so your son’s feet aren’t as constrained.
