A Topshop customer service representative just deterred us from holiday shopping at Topshop online–at least in the U.S.
The call center rep explained the company had just gotten a notice that, “orders placed in the past month are likely not going to arrive for about another month.” We were calling to check up on an order we dutifully placed on 11/15 and still has yet to arrive. The call center rep suggested we wait until 12/15 to check back again. Not exactly how we pictured it.
So, if you ordered from Topshop with good intentions of getting your holiday shopping done ahead of time, this could be a roadblock. Blame it on Mercury in Retrograde.
