I still remember those first few days after both of my C-Sections. It felt like I would literally split open any time I moved and the loose, jiggly mass that was my belly just didn’t feel right…like something was missing. Um, yeah, that would be the baby!
So thank goodness for post-partum wraps. The extra support around my belly held everything in and made me feel like my regular old self again, and it made basic tasks such as walking, coughing, and laughing more manageable. Still painful, but manageable.
